This programme is aimed at encouraging resilience and will cover five (5) key steps that can be applied to the crisis that we are all facing- Covid-19.
Resilience is about how we bounce back from trauma; this is critical for all of us as we recover from the trauma of Covid-19. Collectively, we will be looking at how to build resilience within ourselves and others. Hope is critical in helping us to survive and thrive.
The expected outcome is to look at how to use resilience skills in the workplace and how to build resilience in co -workers. The five key steps will enable the participants to discover hope. Many of us find hope through praying, and through seeing the goodness and the unity in people. Resilience is found in reaching out and helping others find hope and love.
