This programme is aimed at learning appropriate skills for self-care, which means learning to keep stress under control so one can function at full capacity. We cannot give from an empty cup. The programme seeks to provide an understanding of self-care and how to practice self-care under the following topics: Physical self-care, mental selfcare (emotional), financial, social, spiritual, and professional self-care.

The expected outcome is for the participants to assess themselves, and identify areas where they want to focus on to improve their level of self-care, as well as acquire practical skills of how to apply the knowledge they have gained in their own lives. Participants will also learn skills of mindfulness to assist in managing stress in their lives.
